CX Without Borders: Launch of CXAA and ICXA Partnership
We are pleased to announce the launch of a collaboration between the Customer Experience Association of Armenia (CXAA) and the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA).ICXA is a globally renowned annual awards program that recognizes and celebrates the most effective initiatives, companies, and professionals in the field of Customer Experience.ICXA brings together leading companies, experts, and CX professionals from around the world, promoting the sharing of best practices and the creation of new platforms for collaboration.This partnership marks a significant step for both parties in expanding international cooperation, fostering a customer-centric culture in Armenia, and increasing the global engagement of the Armenian CX community.The collaboration will enhance the visibility of the Armenian CX community on prestigious international platforms, support the development of new partnerships, and enable the application of international best practices and tools at the local level.It is worth noting that the founder and president of the Customer Experience Association of Armenia, Shushanik Ghaltakhchyan, has already served as a jury member for the ICXA awards in 2020 and 2021, evaluating participant projects based on international standards.

Yerevan hosted the first major International Customer Experience Conference in Armenia.
The first major customer experience conference in Armenia, organized by the Customer Experience Association of Armenia, brought together over 80 professionals from 22 companies across Armenia, the UK, USA, and Romania. The event focused on customer experience as a strategic business model, featuring international speakers, expert panel discussions, networking opportunities, and symbolic initiatives promoting the growth of Armenia’s CX ecosystem.
