ICXA is a globally renowned annual awards program that recognizes and celebrates the most effective initiatives, companies, and professionals in the field of Customer Experience.
ICXA brings together leading companies, experts, and CX professionals from around the world, promoting the sharing of best practices and the creation of new platforms for collaboration.
This partnership marks a significant step for both parties in expanding international cooperation, fostering a customer-centric culture in Armenia, and increasing the global engagement of the Armenian CX community.
The collaboration will enhance the visibility of the Armenian CX community on prestigious international platforms, support the development of new partnerships, and enable the application of international best practices and tools at the local level.
It is worth noting that the founder and president of the Customer Experience Association of Armenia, Shushanik Ghaltakhchyan, has already served as a jury member for the ICXA awards in 2020 and 2021, evaluating participant projects based on international standards.
